BRIEF INTRODUCTION

The department was founded in February 1988 and is now headed by Associate Professor Chien-Hui, Ou.

TEACHING OBJECTIVES

The aims of our teaching program include education in the diagnoses and treatments of diseases of the adrenal gland, kidney, ureter, urinary bladder, prostate, vas deferens, seminal vesicle, testis, epididymis, scrotum, urethra and penis. Moreover, we emphasize on developing the students` interest in medical research and reasoning ability in solving clinical problems. The department has a balanced development in the fields of General Urology, Pediatric Urology, Neuro-urology, Andrology, and Uro-oncology.
